Good for you, but my pocketbook is telling me that Optimus Prime can be happy with one trailer this time. So it will be time to decide as we see these come along.
Very good for me actuallyAll kiding aside, I would love to see even more trailers, flatbeds, tankers, whatever. When I was a kid I always wanted more trailer options for OP. I wish some one would produce a trailer for Leader Movie Prime. I know a lot of you guys prefer Prime to come trailerless, due to cost and storage when in bot mode, but I want every Prime to have a trailer.
Stormrider wrote:Haha... Does anyone else get the feeling that the trailer announcement and pictures from BTS forced FansProject to get moving on theirs? I will be interested to see both trailers when their completed.

I was thinking the same thing, lets hope it just doesn't force them to rush it to market. Hopefully they don't sacrifice any QC to get this thing into our hands faster.
Narc wrote:Seeing that mock-up with classics Optimus made me realize that there seems to be little to no articulation between the cab and trailer. It just seems to sit far too forward and almost flush with the cab. I wish there was some provision for it to swing a bit to either side.

That's because the mock-up is inaccurate.
G1 Prime didn't pull his trailer that closely to the cab...no semi does.

I'll refrain from a tit-for-tat image posting. (Though SHAME ON YOU for citing Energon Prime as evidence of anything except bad design.)
(One intersting note from looking at the toy photos you posted: G1 Prime's trailer is really out of step with reality; the connection point is way behind the strongest load-bearing point on the cab.)

It's FunPub. It's their specialty.
nexus_rayne wrote:It's a shame that voyager movie prime doesnt have a hitching point, that trailer would look amazing on him, for the classic prime, I feel the styling of the bts trailer fits better. With how nice the commander sets fit with magnus/nemesis, im just surprised that fansproject didnt put in a little more style than just a box

I agree entirely.
