OK, I am officially p!ssed off with 3rd party teasers. Show us your goods already!
That being said, that box does look like the type used to ship goods to retailers. Can anyone read the Japanese on the packaging? It's been said that FansProject have been keeping their cards very close to their chest: is it possible that they've elected to skip the teaser and product reveal phase and go straight to pre-order/release? That would be amazing and just the kind of move which makes FP so great.

I'm 99% sure the Japanese in the pic says 'Warbot' in Katakana, identical to WB-001 packaging.
Personally am hoping for a surprise Blitzwing or the previously hinted at Broadside. Whilst I can see the argument for this being the Heartmaster we've seen protos of, wasn't that coded HM-001 - as in their first Heartmaster?

In their last notInsecticon they showed that City Commander has been damaged beyond repair and is going to be reformatted. If this is in Ultra Magnus colors, it's going on my Ultra Magnus shelf. That'll be the 4th addition to that display this year making it the biggest Magni year ever. The others are Fall of Cybertron, Prime Legends or whatever they're called now, and Ultra Mammoth!
EDIT: I just had a thought. What if his little Heartmaster guy is all white and Optimus like? And the main figure is in Ultra Magnus colors? That would be the first time ever that a white Optimus (like guy) was made solely for an Ultra Magnus (like guy)! Role reversal!

looks ok. definitely a sort of Magnus-esque look to him. Not sure I'm too bothered, as FOC Magnus looks awesome. Maybe if I saw some coloured pics of the toy, I might be interested. Oh and pricing.

well, I do. The colour scheme, and placement of those colours, as well as the head, in particular the crest, all look very Ultra Magnus-y. He's different enough that you could use him as a new character, but there are similarities there.
