It was only a matter of time before this happened , its BS fanstoys havent reissued QW , Fans have been crying out to FT for another run . so I for one this time round have no sympathy as QW is in high demand and fanstoys doesn't seem to want to cash in , they dont even reply to the messages left on their FB page about it .

What they should have done is shrunk it down to voyager scale and cash in on the non-MP crowd. Im under the impression everybody and their mother bought a quakewave when even BBTS had it in stock. Anybody who didnt get one didnt get one only missed out because they didnt want to pull the trigger for whatever reason. Oh well, I bet tsu is happy about this KO !

I bet a lot of people were like me. Either not into the 3P scene yet, or didn't want to cross the line for their MP collection. Then by the time they were into it, time was up. And like we said, a reissue would be a sure thing.
I don't think EVERYBODY got a QW when it was available though. Cause I'm not the only one whos been crying for one.

I agree with Jaki .
QW came out really early and I and many other had no interest in the MP line , now its huge and QW warrents a reissue , FT would make a fortune.
Who knows this could be a push for FT to finally do it like how MMC responded to clonedroids (which was a stupid idea by CD since there was no demand)

Does the appeal in Quakewave lies mainly in the fact that we may never get an official Masterpiece Shockwave?
Honestly, I never got into Quakewave too much. I don't think he's that accurate anyway. His chest is too small and high and his lower legs are too thick. I used to have him but sold him, because he didn't look that good next to the MPs. My opinion, of course.

Taking another look at the comparison pic there seems to be a few slight retoolings expecially the the chest being lower and longer .

Could just be a matter of perspective from where the pic was taken, and with the KO standing more to the front than QW.

Is it just me or does a KO of a 3rd party not seem as bad as buying a KO of an official release? I mean it's still a KO, but there's no "official" TakaraTomy release anyway..so not so bad? Amirite? I'm hoping they make the purple closer to screen accurate, but even if it isn't as I'll probably bite. $50 cheaper is $50 to another 3rd Party or official MP figure in this case.
