As per Fanstyle - "Through out many tests of the product, they realized the original screw on the toy are too soft and weak. It is easy to damage the screws through repeading removal, therefore they included additional enhanced harden screws with this kits. The additional screw driver is to provided additional convenience for users."

They can be polished a bit more in regards to the aesthetics. They could make them a little less boxy and maybe taper the finger tips a bit or have the fingers different lengths.
Nobody has designed a a set of hands like that yet. That look like real hands.
