I know I missed the boat on a lot of figures the first time around, and I've been playing catch up, which is more costly, but I'm also no longer making that mistake.
Remember, you've got to pay to play.
Although, there have been two sets of Microns in the last month that I just couldn't commit to spending what I should have spent to win them. I made some assumptions about how much a set would sell for, and I assumed poorly. I sniped and it just wasn't enough. I'll know for next time, and I will apply a suitably ridiculous amount of money to them to win.
That's my dog! I did this with the Shattered Glass figures. While it hurt every time, I knew it was the only way to get them anymore. My goals aren't ridiculous really. Except for maybe FansProject's Cliffjumper kit and Natobot's Roadbuster kit. Apparently both are made of pure gold and diamonds. The Roadbuster kit pisses me off because I had an order in and was never contacted.
