Profile: Flame is a disgraced Autobot scientist, and with fairly good reason. His brilliance is overshadowed by an obliviousness to risk as he stubbornly pursues his grandiose ideas. His sole concern with other beings is whether they think he's right. And if they don't, he only becomes more obsessed with accomplishing his goals, no matter whom or what must be sacrificed. This has driven him to an eons-long reclusion spent secretly perfecting any one of his grandiose plans. On the rare occasion when he actually has contact with others, his mannerisms are flamboyant and histrionic, and he is never without either a grin or a grimace.

When none of his plans came to fruition Flame decided his time in solitary had to come to an end. Pushing back into the Autobot fold, Flame had immediately took up a position on the frontlines. This highly unorthodox maneuver was not unlike any of Flame’s other ostentatious acts. To high command’s surprise Flame had proven himself to be a very accomplished soldier which provided him with the opportunity to advance to field commander.

Vorns later Flame led the Autobots under his command into battle on Babu Yar against Gideon's Decepticons. Most of Flame’s troops were massacred by the hideous chemical weapon known as "Gideon's Glue". At some point after the Autobots’ horrendous loss at Babu Yar, both in deaths and in moral, Flame was arrested and tried by Aequitas for several crimes (including illicit spark transplants on Babu Yar, desecration of corpses on Klo, and torture by circuit-boarding on Elpasos). During the trial a number of witnesses watched in disgust as Flame proclaimed that his actions were carried out in the best interest of the Cybertronian race. His goals…create the perfect soldier. “Imagine, a war won by the use of a soldier who is devoted to nothing else but winning…winning at any cost!” According to Flame only through sacrifice can any war be won, and he intended to be the one to end his races’ ceaseless conflict.

Once Aequitas determined Flame was indeed culpable of the atrocities he had been charged of preforming the scientist was sentenced to life in the Garrus 9 Penitentiary, located in the Elba System. When given the choice of having his spark extracted and held in The Rig or to serve out his sentence locked in a cell with the knowledge that he will never leave…alive. Flame opted to reside in a cozy cell for the remainder of his existence.

Abilities: Flame is a highly intelligent Autobot. . Flame is proficient in many genres of the sciences including, but not limited to, biomechanics, Transformer physiology, and mechanical engineering. He is capable of designing and implementing numerous experiments meant to advance the Cybertronian race. However, many, if not all, have never proven any worth.

Flame transforms into a firetank capable of firing a continuous stream of flame with a maximum temperature of 4500°F or 2482°C. In his root mode Flame wields a standard rifle with limited range and firepower. It is his tank mode’s flamethrower that Flame relies on. The fire emitted has a considerable range of 3M or 4.827Km with a comparable breadth of approximately 2M at its leading point.

Weaknesses: Flame is extraordinarily vain Autobot who will stop at nothing to prove that his ideas are the only ones that of any worth. His obsession to change the minds of anyone who believes he is not right in any of his beliefs pulls him away from more important tasks. Experiments tend to fail due to his constant need for approval.
