Curious if anyone else who went to see F5 got shafted.

A few folks have told me they didn't get to see this - either because there wasn't a transformers trailer at all, or because they used an older one we've already seen. Seems even the movie trailers are getting poor distribution! LOL.

The two bots fighting when Bumblebee was saving Sam could probably be Megatron and Starscream..

But not based on the "threads" evidence. Megatron's new form doesn't have any treads anymore, he's a truck.

I have to admit, that until I saw this trailer, I wasn't really interested! But now, DANG!

Cool trailer. Unfortunately, I have no sound for the moment. As such my comments might appear overly ignorant:

Decepticons hiding out on the moon? What was that about Energon shortages killing the hatchlings? I hope the space bridge isn't an artefact left behind in Chicago from the year gazillion BC and never noticed by Humans who built a megalopolis on top of it.

Decep ships and shockwaves group overall look too Geiger. I guess we have to be reminded somehow that each vehicle component also doubles as a bot component-ribs and so on.The geiger look does work for that job.

Decep frigates have spine/whisker type arrays on their bellysides reminiscent of Jetfire.Nice.I like a lot.Jetfire was a pipsqueak compared to this batch.

Rosie seems capable of acting to me.

Maybe no Silverbolt whatsoever.One scene of Decep air-strike craft getting taken out by missile/rocket fire appears to be from ground to air missiles/rockets.

Looking forward to watching this new story from beginning to end!!! Hope Q gets a useful role.

No! The twins are back. I hope they are the first robots to bite the dust in the movie.

Hmmmm. How are they going to explain the giant plot hole that taking over Chicago does not equal taking over the world. Though it is refreshing to see an action movie not set in New York for a change. (love NYC and Chi town but it's true).

Again the Decepticons are all boring metallic grey. Would a bit of colour really make them less bad ass? It would sell more toys......

I was just as excited about the ROTF trailer.....

After watching a couple more times I have to say that I'm guessing that when they were talking about the scale of one of the Decepticons being huge, they were talking about Tentatclez/Squidulous/Matrixripoffwave/Calamaritron (take your pick) the one destroying the building.

I admit I was hoping for Unicron who would actually fit quite well with this story and would be easy to keep under wraps from the fans as he wouldn't exactly be fighting in the streets of Chicago with the rest of the Transformers.

First off looking good, the anticipation for this film just went nova !

on to the 'did you see that'..........

1; shortly after the dreads emerge on the moon we see a frigate rising and a pair of quadraped bots bounding towards the space bridge, i srongly suspect these are the dreads, i'm sure i remember reading something that said they were instinctive hunters & they seem to move like predatory animals alright

It's just one of the many Decepticon drones flying around... the one you circled is hovering around one of the big ships

I can't really see the robot that well, but the gun it's holding looks a lot like the one Shockwave has in his close-up.

I cant believe how little Folks are talking about that smash Ironhide is in with Crankcase.could this be his checkout?

Well, we saw that in the superbowl teaser with them transforming during/after / mid-crash. So it seems more like just a really cool way to start a fight.

Just watched the trailer again. I want to see this movie. 54 days and counting.

I see no cloth. However I do see color behind Starscream, like Mirage or Sideswipe. I have my doubts it is Megatron. You can't assume so soon.

As someone said once, Starscream is like what the Joker said in the Dark knight. He's a dog chasing a car, and wouldn't know what to do with it if he did actually catch it.
