Ok... but do fans really want it? This movie stuff is about a year late IMO-think a lot of fans have just moved on.

I haven't. This looks like a pretty good alternative to having the actual Jetfire, which, IMO looks really good, is just too bulky. Can't wait to see some more detailed shots.

Is this going to be like crazy Devy where there will be more then one kit,
Because the backpack is only like 50% of that package.

Either way I have both FWI kits, and they are fantastic,
So definitely interested in anything new from them.

I would be down for that kit, but only if it indeed is for the Leader ROTF Optimus mold.
Not interested in a voyager kit.
I hope they keeping makIng upgrades for us movie line fans.

Hell, I'd get this even if it did come in multiple parts. Jetfire armoured Optimus is an absolute badass in RoTF and the leader class figure just doesn't do him justice. Make it screen accurate and I will buy it.

Ooooo, I wanted that kit!

Really wanted it to form the bits into a jet though.

I can see not a full other figure, but a partsforming jet would have been better than that truck kibble.

The 1st 2 FWI were for leaders, it's safe to say this is as well.

Here we received a photo update of FWI-3 Jet Power Upgrade Kit. It is compatible with ROTF/DA-15/DA-28 Leader Class Optimus Prime. From the information, the parts are also compatible in Optimus's vehicle mode. Hopefully the preorder can start in the end of January 2013. More photos and information will be updated on our facebook.

I picked up a Amazon exclusive jetwing and like it so much I was considering getting the Dark KO Jetwing upgrade kit for my DA28 Striker Optimus but I much rather have this, especially since I now own a Jetwing Prime and I don't like to display my Jetfire and battle blades Optimus combined.
