the obvious answer to this is galvatron. however its easy to forget that starscream has an indestructable spark and cant really die. so if the fight is to a knock out, or the destrucion of a body, galvatron is a clear winner, but if its a fight until one of them is dead and gone forever id have to go with starscream.

galvatron would blow him to pieces only to have trypticon comming down on him without warning like a million tons of steel, laughing exactly like starscream. if galvatron managed to destroy trypticon hed tun around and have cyclonus shooting at him from behind telling him that it pains him to do this. if he won that hed have scourge fly past shooting at him, calling him a pathetic fool and telling him there is no escape.if he won that hed have metroplex show up 10 hours later from earth telling him to feast his eyes on the new decepticon leader.

so it depends on what exactly it takes to win this fight. galvatron can literally tear starscream apart in a physical fight, but starscream can survive the destruction of his body and find new, vastly more powerful ones. i dont know he he could take over galvatron or not, but it would be a pretty quick way to win the fight. take over galvatron and blow his head off with his own weapon. so ill give them both a 50/50 chance without knowing exactly what constitutes a win. under different sets of rules the outcome changes completely.

so yeah this has already happin but it wasn't megatron it was bye galvatron so yeah but if it was a fight in general it would be megatron fourm what i've seen through the series everytime starscream fight megatron he gets owned so yeah lol
