Here's something I never found before: Right when you get the SMG, if you look to the side, you'll notice a break in the grating behind an explosive barrel, and a fairly large crawl space behind it. If you go in, you'll there'll be a Headcrab Zombie, (Technically making it the first Zombie in the game) and a single, free grenade. (Which can be either used by itself, or as a projectile on the

Yeah, that tunnel owns. 'Nades FTW!
Manhacks aren't too bad as long as you keep your distance and pop them with your pistol. But wait until you get the gravity gun: grabbing manhacks and using them on zombies and CPs owns so hard.

I've beaten the game for Xbox, and yeah, it does own.
But my favorite weapon, despite the existence of the Gravity Gun, will be the Crossbow. Nothing is quite as cool as pinning a Combine lackey to a building.
Didn't do much in HL2 last session. I killed a single manhack (Who I forgot to get before I saved and quit), then tried to spawn various things using the Command Console (Where all the fun REALLY is, spawning dudes, then releasing all hell on them), but the game crashed when I tried to spawn the G-Man.

The Happy Locust wrote:Maybe its just me, but I like racing games to have an even point spread, meaning the AI is equally strong in all the CPU opponents. In this game, it's always the same one or two karts that takes the lead, leading to a score breakdown of 148, 143, 123, 68.... Yes, after the first 2 CPU guys take the wins, the next guy on the totem pole has only half the points. It just frustrates the hell out of me to always be racing the same guys at the front.

It was like that in Super Mario Kart on the SNES, too. Annoying as hell.

Not to mention it takes away your chances of winning by a total score count. But no, if you don't beat those guys every time, you simply can't catch up.[/rant]

It sucked so hard on the SNES, playing 100cc on the Special Cup. Unless if you come in first every goddamn time, you're screwed... Not to mention that the bots don't mess up unless they hit an item, plus they all have unlimited special powers which the players can't access! It's like they all hack!
