I meant to ask you if you go all of Superion in the same haul? I have been starting to dig on the combiner war figures.
However, they are like 4 leaf clovers at the local retailers anyway...TRU, Walmart. It's like they don't know what TFs are...

Yeah i bought them all together . TBH i got caught up in the hype and the thrill of the purchase , Donny .
I'm not a big fan of them , i put of for weeks buying them and i could have put off a lot longer
While some of the individual figures are cool enough for some very basic hasbro deluxe the combined mode is something left to be desired
Me personally i would'nt recommend them to collectors like me and you who are big on MP and 3rdp MP and combiners
when i combined Superion i felt instant buyers remorse then when i got my haul and he was sitting next to them he just sucked so hard .
I should have just bought a 3rdp figure .
A microman thread would be cool

hmmm...well now that makes me think twice about them...lol. I would love an MP Superion he was always a fav of mine.
I looked at Uranos, but their Silverbolt leave a little bit to be desired IMO and the 6th member that turns into the chest plate...meh. The figures all look good but the reviews I have watched have shown to many fiddly things for the figures and the gestalt mode...and at 5 bills that's a lot of buyers remorse if he's not at least 95% perfect...
Microman thread! Microman Thread! Microman Thread! let me know when you two collaborate, I want to live my microman fantasy vicariously through you two.

If you're wanting a Superion for your collection i would'nt buy CW , i bought them just to try out it was never gonna be part of my display , just something to play around with for that reason alone they might be worth picking up but not to display with MP and 3rdp combiners .
Uranos combined was great at the time and even better once i got the upgrade kit with the chest shield , now i really don't care for it i have him displayed separate.
The individual bots are still cool but they need cartoon heads , some one should have jumped on that . Alt mode are still really nice .
While not as G1 as combiner wars the robots and alt mode are still the better toys .

Thanks for the info, yeah I didn't want to display him in my MP collection. I just wanted a Superion and also mess around with the combiner wars toys...so maybe I will get them. I also am interested in Megs he looks pretty good for being a tank...
I agree on Uranos, I think it's just a case of I am not in love with it enough to spend the money on it when there are other figures I want more...

Your photo-blitz is awesome love the Brawl smashing the Daniel/Spike Exo-suit
How do you like your G2 Sideswipe? Love mine. I just got the Dr. Wu set for him which I will feature in a collection up date at some point. I highly recommend it!

4 Things that would have made him an 8 or a 9
1. Wrist articulation
2. Waist articulation
3. His shoulders connected to a stronger post i keep thinking i'm gonna snap his arms off
4. The wheels on his arms folded inside the forearm .
Other than that ... He looks good and yes Luber he does look good with his gang
