Drats to already having Sling! Voltar has yet to show up on US eBay...

I see that they've moved Crystal Ligier to Aug, being listed for Mar initially. Gives the wallet time to recharge while the ROTF line doesn't get much of my money.

Agree with you there. I have been waiting for Vortex on ebay for awhile.
It's Voltar, if you're assuming the "b" is being a "v" which is fair. Literally it's Bo (or Vo), Ru (or Lu, or R, or L) Taa. So Boltar, Bortar, Bolutar, Borutar, Voltar, Vortar, Vorutar or Volutar could all be argued to be correct. Isn't Japanese fun?Counterpunch wrote:tigertracks 24 wrote:Counterpunch wrote:Good catch!

So far I've heard his name to be:
Vortex
Volter
Voltar
none of which can be put together with Japanese kana

Back that up with some evidence.
Show me proof that low production run numbers, with import fees attached, which required purchase of Japanese source material and a Japanese mailing address don't run up the price.
I don't agree with such people but when you see a $12 figure for $90 it's easy to jump to the conclusion that someone, somewhere is laughing their way to the bank.DevastaTTor wrote:Counterpunch wrote:Rated X wrote:(No disrespect to any collectors with deep pockets, but they overprice stuff because you let them get away with it)

I love how the moment the cost of a product is released now, especially from the third party sellers, some automatically assume that it's high because Takara and the online vendors are greedy and we're gullible.

The 119.99 is for the book and the figure, which is the same price as vol 1 and Mirage.
Starscream alone is still 89.99

Brother why haven't you contacted Bodhar2000 yet? He has all the hookups and can save you some scratch...PM me if you want his e-mail, or check him out on eBay. He is recommended, and can beat BBTS on most items, exclusive or otherwise. Super reliable...
