I am getting closer on getting the room organized. The FLAGG set up is coming along, as is the Terror Drome. So sorry, Chuck, I have not had time to take pictures of, and take apart the microphone/speaker system for the set yet. Not my favorite piece for sure.

I love the Alley and Range Vipers. Strato Viper has a great design BUT his feet and lower legs are so small it is tough to get him to stand up correctly.

I like all of the vipers to be honest. My favorite in the past was the Alley Vipers BUT from this set the Range Vipers ROCK!

Just got the ice viper today why didn't anyone tell me the figure was that sweet. Although that jacket does limit arm poses you can do but I still love him. Can't wait to get a cobra cold weather vehicle to have him pose with.

Funny I thought I had said how cool the ice viper was after I got mine a while ago.

Seriously, that dude has to be rich. How can one spend that kind of loot so often??? It's a great set up though, and it looks interesting, but I don't know, that many of each trooper is... outrageous!!!

Finally found a single ice viper today. Grabbed a SS without mask, CCommander, and SE Paris Pursuit.

Also grabbed 3 of the Pit Commandos today, and another Crimson Viper (love all the weapons both come with)!!!

Well I played around with my ice viper this evening a little bit wasn't to crazy about the jacket he came with, so I went looking for something else he could wear. I ended up putting the nitro vipers vest on him and it looks pretty good. I ended up using the nitro vipers body to create a new cobra trooper and he doesn't look half bad.

Dude. Save some Pit Commandos for the rest of us or we may have to get physical with… Michigan? Stiener country? Never mind. I did see a picture of the Pit Commando, cool but only like one or two of the guns he comes with. Also no visible holster. By the way, anyone else remember Hasbro telling us that the characters in the movie will at some point have more recognizable outfits? Guess that was a lie too. According to Hasbro Target doesn't restock until August. Maybe then we'll see the MARS set. Rock and Roll guys.

It's strange you guys are missing the MARS set, as it's pretty plentiful up here. Then again TRU sells them for $29.99.

I know I have over 30 troopers, 10 officers, 5 pilots, 8 red ninjas, 3 HT commanders and 2 drivers, 10 Snow serpents, over 10 crimson guard (I may pick up another 5 pack if they go down in price), 5 Eels, an EVAC, and at least 10 Vipers. Edit: Also had some BATs as well.

I managed to snag the Nightraven, Hummer, and Gunship. Nightaven is my fav of the bunch.

Getting night raven next week, since I haven't read a bad review yet and I love the plane it is based on. If you guys haven't been over to hiss tank lately they have ton of picture from hasbro's SDCC booth.

I'm slowly putting my night raven together. Two points of concern is that it's in two pieces and down the line that might effect the lock and load action. Secondly it'll have to disassemble somehow for storage. Anyone notice how the combat hero viper looks more like a classic viper than the movie guys? Also, what no Cobra movie troopers?

Well chuckdawg he is your answer because in the movie the cobra organization begins as M.A.R.S. industries which is then taken over by the man who will become cobra commander, so the cobra troopers are just M.A.R.S. industries troops and the different vipers modified by using nanomites.

And now I know. At least that leaves a possibility for Iron Grenaiders down the line.

Picked up another Ice Viper today. NOthing else much new.

So much cool Joe stuff coming out though. Very nice year to be a joe fan, if you are into the movie stuff instead of the vintage copies.

I wonder if i'm the only one who looked at the baggy snow pants of the Ice Viper and thought his parts could be used to make a Rave-Viper?

Yeah could be a rave-viper but when I looked at him I thought he kind of looked like a member of some police swat teams, so I took the flack jacket from the nitro viper that comes with hummer and switched out the snow jacket he came with. I just don't know what to call him now. Chuckdawg love the post about the rave-viper that was classic.

I think after Cyber Bishop I'm the second oldest here so I'm older than the both of you.

Anyone have any news of GI Joe the movie being re-released on dvd. I dont wanna pay $55 for a dvd. I did that with transformers the movie years ago because i had all the rhino sets.

I heard there's a rights issue hence why it wasn't released with the DVD set. Speaking of RHINO went to Target.com for the MARS set, got the set and new tooled Rhino. Shipped and on it's way.

The movie will be include on the shout factory complete box set which comes in a cool foot locker with a usb dog tag. The next g.i. joe rise of cobra vehicles I'm looking for are the night raven, rhino, cobra stealth bomber, g.i. joe dragonfly helicopter. On the figure front helix, p.i.t.t. commando.
