Yep, it picks up right after #155.

IDW offered GI Joe #155.5 as a giveaway on Free Comic Book Day and it read fine though I haven't picked up the rest of the series yet. I think that they took the standard superhero sliding timeline.
I'm not sure how they handled the Vietnam stuff.

Completely on a whim (there was nothing marked about any deals) I scaned one of the Target ROC SNAKE Armors. When they got them at first they wanted $29.99 for them. While it now had a clearance tag of $22.97 sticker on it, to my surprise it scanned as $9.95.
I quickly went and grabbed a Dusty (only fig there I didn't already have 1 or more of), scaned it and he was $2 off as well.
So I figure I would push my luck and grabbed a ROC RHINO (Originally marked at $79.99, they were marked down in October to $49.99) Sure enough scanned for $19.99.
So I grabbed all 3 pieces. ;D
I'm glad I waited on that RHINO

*sigh* no will power. It takes so little to get you to cave.

I said might, not would. It would make a hell of a Beard Force vehicle, no?

I was thinking as it is called RHINO, to stick Trakker in it, and one I get the series 5 CC to convert into Miles Mayhem, have him in the chopper.
One I saw how the blades line up for insertion is pretty much the same way the Switchblade was set up for swapping between chopper and jet mode, that has pretty much cemented that idea.

I'm a bit disappointed to read something I've feared from looking at the pictures of these figures some months ago: that the hips are extremely limited. Guess I'll be joining the ranks of altering my figures with an X-Acto or Dremel so they can actually sit down. I will never understand the malfunction of toy companies that give figures the "V-crotch" when a T-crotch works so much better.

They tried doing a T crotch 10 years ago and the fans revolted. In fact there are some people here who might be grabbing pitch forks at the mention of the T crotch. Don't worry, I got your back.
