Supreme Convoy wrote:While looking for some books, I found the GI Joe: Order of Battle paperback. I was about to drop $20 on this and I'm glad I found it for $5 at this show. It's very basic looking since it's just character profiles. But I'm glad to have it in my collection.

I'm pretty sure she was in the reprint comic that came with the Ripper and Torch 2-pack.

I was just trying to add to what you had written and not be a jerk.

Some years have passed so I guess I can talk about it freely. I was actually an intern for Devil's Due. It was America's Elite that made me want to work for the company. I was also there when they learned that IDW got the GI Joe license.
Good or bad, I still have a sense of loyalty to the company for letting me play in the comic book world and wanted these missing books out of nostalgia sake.

Oh. Well, that changes things.

Supreme Convoy wrote:I went to the Long Beach Comic Con and IDW was selling the GI Joe: Hearts & Minds hardcover early. Since Max Brooks and Howard Chaykin was at the show, I have several comics and books signed (Brooks' Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z; Chaykin's American Flagg). It was a real treat to have Hearts & Minds signed, really great book.

This had better not come as a surprise to anyone.
