I can see it now, that movies entire line up is going to be pretty boys and bimbos.. Hey How about Paris Hilton to play Jady (B)J LOL ..
I say get actors you would have in a real true to life war movie , ones that look like they see many wars and the scars to proove it.
What's the cut off age for military service?

I dont see that girl looking old enough to have the experience that the barroness would have. Unless the do some dumb back story like they do in anime where she was a 8 year old soldier in her country and grew up to be a cold blooded killer lol .. I say get someone a little older in her late 30's early 40s .. There are plenty of Hot actresses that age out there , Kate Bekensale someone mentioned before.. She could kick some major ass like she did in underworld.

No...no Dear GOD! No! The Baroness was never very old. Late twenties, early thirties at most.
And for the record, cut-off age is, I think, 36.

I did a lot of studying on this particular subject. The Russians did in fact do their part. However, so many forget that Hitler wasn't the only threat. The U.S. almost single-handedly fought the Japanese in the Pacific: one of the main sticking points of US entry into WW2 was Allied support in the Pacific. The fact remains that if the Allies had lost any one of three key battles in WW2- the Battle of Stalingrad, the Battle of Midway, and the Battle of Britain- the war would have gone on a lot longer and potentially gone the other way altogether. The loss of 600,000 German troops in Stalingrad was huge; however, equally as important was the sinking of ALL of Japan's aircraft carriers at Midway and the holding of England by the RAF-"so much owed to so many by so few"- without which the only possible invasion point would have been through Africa and the full force of German forces.
And thus ends our history lesson for the day.

Correction: Japan lost most of their Aircraft carriers. One made it out.

We like a lot of franchises here.
But Transformers and GI Joe have always been closely related. They're both from Hasbro, both targeted at boys. Hell, not only did they do a crossover comic series, but Cobra Commander appeared in G1. (In the episode "Only Human," referred to as "Old Snake," he was voiced by Cris Latta, and even yelled "COBRAAA!" before coughing uncontrollably) And Marissa Fairborne is supposed to be the daughter of two of the Joes. (Though I can't remember which ones)
Tetsu Aero wrote:Hm, i wonder why they bothered with doing this movie. For all i know GI Joe is only famous in the US. Oh well.

Don't they make movies about things that are popular in countries that find them popular?
