Go on people, go off and research it to understand.

Hey! You werent suposed to tell anybody that!Burn wrote:... god i'm glad he's leaving.
Amen to that.
Hopefully Torchwood wont be such a painful disapointment too.
I am also sooooo glad RTD is gone. Unfortunately we will have to endure another 4 "specials" next season where he rapes classic characters and ignores every law of science.Burn wrote:pRedimus wrote:(Damn you RTD, why oh why couldnt you just follow the books?)

There was a homosexual woman in "Midnight" and an elderly homosexual couple in "Gridlock". Those are just 2 off the top of my head. Seems like he has to shove this agenda every other episode.Whiner-tron wrote:Now, it might be that the version of Doctor Who we get over here has been edited (it wouldn't surprise me, given how homophobic this damnable county's been lately) but aside from Captain Jack "if it's still warm I'll **** it" Harkness, I've never seen any homosexuality in Dr Who. Torchwood, yes, but not Doctor Who.

And since Steven Moffat (wrote "Silence in the Library" and "Blink") is going to be the new writer I doubt it will lose any following. He is as good a writer Doctor Who has had since Douglas Adams back in the 70's.

Yea, the show seems pretty political. Ever notice how every single couple is interacial too? (Not that I mind, they just make sure that we notice.)
I have been trying to watch since a couple friends have reccomended it to me. So far, it's more frustrating than good...
Now, LESS Doctor Who and MORE "get the game started".
