Although the movies said that all of histories monsters were really Zoanoids, I think the son of Dracula is powerful enough to beat the Guyver.

the creators of the guyver feared the guyver so i'm picking guyver though i don't know much about D besides from the talking hand

I say D has the upper hand (haha) He has faced super powerful counts, space benders, huge demons and worse for hundreds of years.

What is D's sword made of? Testing done by Chronos using Guyver 2 confirmed that its sonic swords cuts through all known materials. The half vampire is also too slow to dodge the bio-booster armor's laser.

He was fast enough to beat a time bender. And his sword's property are unknown.

D rides a cybernetic horse with mechanical legs and other enhancements, wields a crescent longsword which looks similar to Yoshitaka Amano's scimitar sword design found in many of his artworks but the sword has a hefty length to that of a Japanese nodachi, and always wears a mystical blue pendant. The pendant cancels many automatic defenses, such as laser fields and small nuclear blasts, produced by vampire technology, and will allow him to enter their sealed castles. In the novels and game, he also uses wooden needles which he can throw with super speed.
