Time to play Cupid, show some love, and have a little impromptu game!

Here's how it goes:

- Switch your characters weapon to the Crossbow or Energon Crossbow.
- Everytime you hit another character with it they become your Valentine. (Tactics don't count. Even strafe. It's gotta be a weapons hit)
- Obviously you can have multiple per mission but only the first hit on each character counts per mission. Example: If you hit say... Gore with the Crossbow 3 times in a mission only the first hit would count as a point. But if you hit him again in a second mission (this is a fantasy world where Burn deploys more than once a day) that counts as another Valentine point.
- Like all contests ARENA DOESN'T COUNT
- Edit your first post with all the characters participating and update their points over the day.
- This starts immediately (for the sake of having a start lets say mission #480194) and lasts... let's say about 12 hours (I'll post about an hour before the end so people can finish up their posts in time)

Winner gets bragging rights as the most loved character in HMW

Hmmm... I seem to be pulling a Louis C.K. and playing with myself in public...
That may work for some Bots but I prefer to play with others in public... WAIT! That's not what I meant!!!

What if we add the Slingshot to the weapons you can use... it's like a little handheld bow, right?

Everyone can use a slinghot & there are tons in stock. No more excuses (other than they suck

)

Aaaaaaalrighty then.

I'm closing down this wonderfully successful mini-event.

I suppose I should give an hour warning just cause I said but... really.

Special thanks to Psych for encouraging the idea then backing out & Wingz for her leading me on all day that there'd eventually be participation.

HEY! I tried! Every fight my poor Darksurge was in, she was SL'd with no hits. Poor girl :-(

Hey, hey, hey! I'm planning, not execution... at least, not without a firing squad facing me...

Besides, last time I ever tried to organize anything, it was a painting competition at the local hobby store and it flopped because everyone was too busy complaining about "I don't play that system", "I don't use that army", etc. when I said we'd all start with the same model to actually take part in the thing. I still have the first place trophy that no one won somewhere packed away as a reminder that me and competitions don't mix well...

Not every event is a success but it doesn't mean you give up.

I'd just like to see a Bot run an event for a change to show that someone outside the RDD can do it.

As an appointed "muffler huffer" in the Autobot cause, I honestly can't say I know the answer to that question :lol:

We're glad to have you back but if He spent as much time trying to encourage fun on his side as he did trying to enforce his way of "t3h l4wz" and shunning heretics (Or muffler huffers, lol I'll have to remember that) he wouldn't have to beg for players. :roll:

Why don't you team up with Wingz, Turbo. She's already got one event under her wing I'm sure she can keep you from going home with your own trophy again.
