I can't figure out what is preventing TR Megatron's right arm from folding flush against itself in jet mode. The left arm transforms perfectly but the right arm feels like maybe there is a clearance issue in the right elbow joint that prevents the forearm from sitting flush against the upper arm under the wing and locking into place.
Has anyone figured out if this can be fixed?

Mine locks in fine. Have you carefully examined the arms, see if there is some plastic in the way? Or if you accidentally have 2 left biceps or something stupid like that? It has been known to happen. I didn't realise my CW Skydive had two right thighs until I painted it and realised the ollow part was on the outside of one.

I just checked and the assembly is correct. I think it has to be some extra plastic somewhere in there. I think all the video reviews I've seen had this same issue but nobody offered a solution that I am aware of, so I thought I'd ask in case someone did figure it out.
Thanks for the reply and I'm glad you don't have this minor issue.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Nothing sucks more than to finally pick up a figure you've been anticipating only to have "engineering issues". I had difficulties with my TR Megatron's arms too. I watched as many video reviews as I could find and still nothing. After carefully playing around with it for awhile I got a "feel for it" and everything was fine.Mine was simply a "fidgety" issue. I know this probably isn't the quick fix you were looking for but hopefully it will help. It's been awhile since I "ahem" played with my Megatron but I'll break it out and note any tips.

I was thinking it might be an order of transformation issue. There are two joints and a swivel all working together or against each other so maybe I just need to massage it into place and haven't quite figured out the right technique?
I've got two other things going for me:
1. After transforming the right leg a few times it collapses into place much easier than when first out of the box.
2. My wings don't pop off.
I think some video reviews of Blitzwing showed the same issue with the arm so I'll just keep messing with it and hope it clicks in eventually. At least it's not a big deal problem. Just a frustration. I still absolutely love this mold as Megatron, and it is my favorite TR toy.
