I love that SG Megs is basically just a fan mode with extra parts. Plus, it technically makes him a triple changer. Kinda wonder why they didn't advertise the tank mode as a reference to SG Megatron's tank fusion cannon though

I really like the inclusion of the wings to make Siege Megatron somewhat resemble the original Shattered Glass Megs . Robot mode looks really nice, and although the spaceship mode does leave a bit to be desired (The main thing that bugs me about it is the gap between the legs) it looks fine overall and hey the tank mode is still there (honestly kind of surprised they aren't marketing him as a triple changer), although the shield won't really have anywhere to go.

So yeah I'll definitely be trying to get this bad good boy if possible.

Good old Siege Megatron. Many are tired of the mold but Hasbro is banking on you letting this new release slide since the newly revealed Transformers Shattered Glass Megatron has new parts to give the old mold a new alt mode. And he costs the same as a regular voyager, which is a pretty sweet deal. Plus with this redeco, you get the nice presentation for MOSC collectors and a special comic. All for $29.99. He is coming out October first of this year.

Tried ordering twice and was extracted from cart. either they sold out That fast or the page wasn't ready for the influx of traffic.

Lolol definitely this one because they just shoehorned it in and Broadside's jet was part of the actual design

I love my Broadside but I never use his jet mode, and I mainly got him because I couldn't afford a fansproject assaulter at the time

...I can't believe they actually went the extra mile and made him a triple-changer for no reason other than some semblance of accuracy to the original, those absolute mad lads. I've already preordered this, and it looks like I did it just in time as the price has increased now, and after the similar situation with the ER Centurion Drone I feel like those who got orders in with the lower price will in fact only have to pay the lower price, so that's awesome. VERY curious to see how Starscream and Goldbug turn out now, hopefully the fact that they seem to be referencing the original molds more means that Starscream will 100% be a Tetrajet.

Also joke's on you, News Team, I've never bought this mold before!

The figure looks nice, I like the paint job. There's at least more work gone into this than Blurr who only has a headswap with his repaint. It's clear that this is inspired by Energon Megatron.

But my god, the asking price from Hasbro in the UK? £34.99 is a bit much. To put it in perspective for the American buyers, that's the equivalent of $48. I was kinda happy to see that Pulse was being spread to other countries but the fact that Hasbro are charging UK fans a premium beyond the added price this already has, just doesn't sit well with me.

If they'd added about £4 to the original £23.99 of the Voyager price, roughly equivalent to what they added to the price for Americans, it'd be more acceptable (that's despite the fact that £23.99 is already higher than the American retail cost). It's a shame because I do kinda like the look of the figure but I cannot justify the price hike for a Voyager quality figure.

If it were like SS86 Hot Rod, who is smaller but has a much higher quality than pretty much any other Voyager we've had in a long time, then maybe it'd be okay. But with this Megatron that looks good but as a figure is largely just acceptable with a lot of hollow cavities? Nah.

Managed to get mine in for $30. Definitely digging this fellas and glad there was some effort put into making him close to the original version., though I’m hoping the wings don’t require partsforming.

looks like they will. There's a 5mm peg on both the sides and the tops of the wings, the side ones are for the spaceship configuration and the tops for the way they're oriented in robot mode.

Good attempt. Instead of a Tank accessory, he turns into an actual tank, but I don't see a sword. His Turret gun piece which doubled as a sword does not seem to be shown here even though it is stated to be there in the description.

Americas price has gone up, hasbro makes sure fans in every country gets screwed these days XD

On a side note I didnt realise it's the Siege mold so I'm out on this one unless Hasbro some how throws a free figure in with him (it's not that far off what SG Prime and Ratchet cost me). Kapows saying prices off hasbro figures to receive price hikes (which for most cases they already have -especially charging the next size class up prices for the size below it for some)
