since damage is proportional to stat requirment you can't arbitarily assign both
talking to mkall last week he inferred that the part of the mod panel with the weapon editing thing survived, but with him gone cealus is sporadic, waylander is away, so it's just Crazyfists here to do this, and last i heard he doesn't really understand it. i could talk him through it if he wants in about 6 hours time when i get home (18:00GMT)
