Help with Pyra Magna/Megaempress's axe
Help with Pyra Magna/Megaempress's axe
Posted by MadProject Tue Mar 21, 2017 7:13 am
While I was building the sword, I noticed two pegs on Megaempress's axe, and I got no idea for what they're for.
I thought they were for a weapon storage in robot mode (like Lunaclub's and Moonheart's swords on their hips) but I can't find any peg on Megaempress compatible with the pegs, and the instructions say nothing about them.
Is it something present in Victiorion's instructions?

They're not. The pegs you're talking about are the rectangular one right below them in the picture I posted. In the combiner sword the pegs I'm talking about are unused.

Sounds plausible, though instead of cutting that feature because of a weak joint (it would certainly be stronger than most of the folding helicopter blades we've seen) it was probably cut just to reduce part count.

No indents or anything I can see.
I have always thought Dustup's weapon as a bow. I suppose it could look like a Klingon Bat'leth a little. Though the way she's holding it in the gallery looks more like a bow to me. Of course there is no wrong way to imagine with your toys in my mind. Perhaps as the series goes on we will see her use it.

Emerje
probably it's like you said.
I was also trying to look out for alternative storage (like the swords of Moonheart and Lunaclub can peg on their hips in robot mode) but I can't find anything, so the only think I can think of it's an unused feature cut down in the end.
