And as i've always said, if people have a problem with me, then they should discuss it with me.

I'm the first to admit i'm an arsehole, but I don't hide either. If people have a problem with me then come out and say it instead of talking to others about it.

If checking on the boards for feedback instead of just making the changes had been done, I think that would have been a big help.

errrrr dude, it was based on forum feedback. The way Psychout put forward his case to OS it seemed to me he'd pretty much been trawling the boards looking for said feedback.

Is there any chance of allowing some switches,

Probably have to get back to you on that one. I suspect however the answer might be "it might not be worth it with HMW2 rolling out soon".

Personally, I think it is a necessity to pull off Endgame successfully.

But yeah, like I said, wait and see. We got it newsified so hopefully some of the more inactive players will see it and come back.

Con v Pred - worth the loss (1.5x base XP), logical outcome given participants, everyone was rather bloodied even if they survived

If 4v4 G1vBeast continue to proceed along these lines, I'd advocate increasing their frequency. Everything else has been otherwise said.... I think.

The only problem is actually with me. When I'm down and depressed, your normal arseness combined with your modship comes across to me in my low mood where everyone hates me anyway as you're taking a giant combat boot and trying to stomp out anyone who doesn't agree with you. I reconize the problem is me though, which is why I took time off from the boards.

I don't think the lack of Maximals playing the game was ever brought up in feedback. They have more commanders then the Preds by 2:1, but we're more active then them by 7:1. They need active commanders.

Is there any chance of allowing some switches,

I remember when Seibs did the switch from Bot to Con. 20+ commanders switched, took what? An hour or two? Find out who's willing to switch. Hell, I'd join the Maximals now if I could since they really need the help. All it would take is a thread up, wouldn;t even have to be up for more then a day. People sign up, switch over. Once you know who wants to switch, it makes it faster and easier.

Been there, experienced that.

I'm not going to tell you what you need to do to deal with it because quite frankly, when it comes to depression, everybody's different. What works for one isn't going to work for another.

But believe me, recognising it yourself is a big plus.

And hopefully having this change newsified will bring them back.

If it doesn't, then yeah, we'll definitely have to look into swapping some folks over otherwise it's really going to screw up anything we do for Endgame.

Even if they do, we're still going to need to get some commanders over to the beasties to make it a more fair fight.

I have yet to see a 4v4 against G1 factions, have gotten about maybe 18 Pred missions since this has started this evening.

I would agree to maybe see if increasing the chance to spawn BWvG1 missions at a slightly higher rate. I did ask for BWvBW missions, but it's slightly higher of an occurance than i thought it would be. I will say it's a great start, hopefully when the new missions are put in this will even out just a little bit more.

Thanks again Psychout and thank you OS.

Thanks are a good thing.

Outnumbering us in a mission though - wow - that deserves a cookie. :P So much for quick-win-right-back-in-again?

Acording to the backstory for the tournies, yes.

I think this is just the time of night for the Maximals to be active.

I'd just like to see missions with tighter level ranges. Right now, my low-level robots are getting trounced by high level ones... and there's no option for me to gain experience other than bend over, take it up the tailpipe, and ask for more.

Why not have several varied level missions? 0-1, 0-2, 1-2, 1-3, 2-3, 2-4, 3-4, that kind of thing. Make them more spread out, so 0s and 1s aren't forced to face level 3s and 4s EVERY SINGLE TIME...

well the maxi's are gettin stronger. It is helpin them to help us get more xp.

I think the biggest issue is not enough maxi's play.

Wow... since this changeover, I've noticed only one mission that wasn't Bot/Con. And every one of those Bot/Con missions was VERY heavily skewed towards the Decepticons (which is natural, since the Cons have more players and stronger characters).

At this rate, the strong (Cons) will only continue to get stronger, and the weak will only continue to get weaker. Are there any plans to increase the parity in the game, or is it a foregone conclusion that the Decepticons will win just about every overall challenge from here on out? I'd like to see a weekend, or longer (or permenant) where each faction get an experience and energon bonus on every mission and arena fight, inversely proportional to the percentage-breakdown of membership for every faction. I.e., if there are 10% more con players than bot players, every bot player gets +10% experience and energon for every mission and arena fight...

i actually fond the con to be the best xp gettable, their stronger force does equal better xp, and they're not impossible to beat, just hard. the bots were a close second, as they tend to have 1-3 good level bots with the 0's, which gives them a fighting chance.

Autobot faction largest. Con second largest. Cons are just better organized.

i started playing the 1st or 2nd day of the reset. This is how i thought it would be when i started.

the xp is GETTING better, still not as good as fightin bots and cons all day. but its deffinately more reasonable today.

i expected the game to be more like this all along.

i'm not sayin i wouldn't love the vs. bot/con ratio turned up a little, just sayin i prefer the CONCEPT of fightin maxi's more.

Come on maxi's, pring your mom, bring your pa, bring your best friend, and bring your daughter, to the slaughterstep right up, no maxi turned away. i got ammo for all of ya. line 'em up to get knocked down. It's huntin season and I'm huntin wabbits!and bison, and cheeta's, and wolves, and ducks, and elephants....

Fixed - in bold. Seriously, I'm happy with the overall state of power level in this game. It mirrors the geopolitik of the actual G1 continuity, weirdly enough.

i hate to say it, but nick is right. in the various tf series' some are just stronger than others. Cons always had superior fire power. bots always had the cutting edge tech, and didn't have to worry about energon. preds were stronger than maxi's, but maxi's had stronger tactics.

and yes, GS will win 96% of mission's he's in. its just a fact of the game.

Cry havoc! A war dawn is set to rise over the shattered cities of Cybertron, and the ground shall move with the primal echoes of marching legions. Blue carnage. Righteous frenzy. An underclass seeks to assert dominion and subjugation, and has vowed to rip the very throat from this dying world. A planet torn asuner in a sea of havoc, shuddering with an unspeakable dread.
