Havn't been able to alter my open order placed with them on the 26th (supposed to be a view/edit button?) despite the site saying open orders can be cancelled, in order to get an item that has gone on sale :/ hopefully they can change it from the email I sent them. If so it gives me more money to spend with them the next time

I got an email in under an hour after contacting them informing my payment was being processed (so my Order could not be changed or cancelled) and then payment received notice half hour later. Then a response basically saying I'm crap out of luck 5 hours later. I'll just chalk it to my bad luck of transformers always being reduced the moment I purchase them but the customer service/decorum was pretty much none existent.
