Mixmaster is an odd lad, who does tend to get a bit overexcited about his work. I don't recall him actually 'talking funny', per se, but he certainly gets his cackle on when he's mixing stuff up.

I think he talks more intellegently than the starter of this thread.

Mix master was a chemical expert....so he probably has made a few..."interesting" concoctions. I am pretty sure those who are on drugs tend to get a bit stupid.

I seem to recall him speaking at a rapid pace and in a high voice, but that's hardly a speech defect amongst Cybertronians.

Grimlock doesn't distinguish between the nominative and accusative case (or what's left of them in English), and one of the Insecticons repeats the last word of every sentence.

Mixmaster stuttered as he spoke because he was always pressured by the other Constructicons at the very last moment to concoct a specific mixture of chemicals to finalize their operation. If you were placed in that type of work environment, I doubt you would have the time to relax.

I'm pretty sure he didn't even stutter. He just cackled a lot. The only 'stuttering' I can think of is in "Heavy Metal War", when he's making up the acid to burn through the floor of Autobot HQ. And he wasn't really stuttering, just sort of thinking out loud.
And you talk about the 'pressure' of last-minute mixings? Fact is, he loves what he does, and he does it fast. He doesn't have to worry about it being last minute.
