This happened to me it timed out and i had 54% left and he had 4% so how did the decepticon win

Its a well known bug. As the game was only designed to accommodate bots and cons, the addition of the preds and maxis has screwed with the time-out scripts so the winner in a tied bout with a flesh-factioner is always from the wrong faction.

I advice friends to do maximal missions with low or no upgrades since they are usually 6 to 1 or 2
