Honestly, I kinda feel that way. I want a to like this figure, but the G1 cassette compatibility makes it look bad.

I wish they would have gone ahead and made their own cassette figures for it and made the chest more form fitting.

I dunno anything about these being pre-production units. I saw these in person and they looked...okay. Turn it around and there's a grey plastic arm sticking out of the robot back. It's needed for transformation but nothing else. It seemed like a stupid design flaw. I was glad to have talked myself out of buying one at the convention and waiting for reviews. I'm still happily pursuing a decently priced ML Soundwave because of it.
