I took a Classics Rodimus, since it was the closest to G1 Arcee's Original alt mode, and added an Energon Arcee Head.

Good idea, and I think it works.
Unfortunately, the digi is plauged by the black-chrome disease, but what can you do. Black to white is early impossible to get perfected. Nice job in all consideration though.
Liking the color too, not super intense.

Actually,tamiya has given me quite satisfying results in that area,i started off with dark brown once,and after just one coat of paint it was a solid white.

I meant using photoshop or another image program. Black to any color makes a metallic/chrome look. Paint is different.

That looks great! I've always thought that Alt Hotrod would make the best Arcee custom, now I see that Classics HotRod would work too.
Make me think of the whole Like/Leia thing, though...

Yeah, its hard to get black to become any other color and still look good.

But Plagued?? I only did the fists like that. The rest of the black stayed black.
I've been experimenting with a few things but nothing looks good.

I spent a good deal of time on my Arcee custom, but that mold is MUCH more fitting..
Are you going to do this bash? or was it just a digi concept?

For now just a bash. However I'm doubting Scout Arcee's head will work on Deluxe Rodimus body (too small IHMO). I think I need to find a bigger female head that's Not Movie Arcee.

Ooh, I like that Sunstreaker! The Cheetor would be cool, but I think the spots might be a bit...garish. Try maybe just the yellow and blue and I think you'd be onto something. Oh, and Arcee looks good, too.

As for the recolour, it's ... butch. Sunstreaker suits it far better, I have to say.
