So basically you want Scourge to be remolded into Thunderblast?

Well, at that point the retooling would be so extreme it might as well be a totally new mold with a similar transformation scheme. Though if they used the same formula for an updated Scourge and engineered him to be ludicrously articulated that'd be awesome.

Why not just have her be a retool of Titan Returns Scourge?

(Also as far as I can tell, Scourge doesn't even have a waist joint, has very broad shoulders, and is a headmaster.)
