Tygar128 from Hong Kong has told us of new sighitngs in the HK area. While there have been very few new releases the past month, they did find both the new series 2 Bot Bots and, best of all Ectotron. It turns out Ectortron is available at Toysrus in Hong Kong. This shows that the global giant Toysrus we knew is gone and now each national Toysrus franchise will deal with Hasbro seperately for exclusives. That is why, even though Canada also has Toysrus, Ectotron is an EB games exclusive in Canada but available at Toysrus in Hong Kong. The Botbots 8 packs are 199 HK dollars while Ectorton is 399.9 HK dollars. That later toy also popped up at smaller local non franchise stores.
