Need help dealing with rusty screws.

So, I got my hands on a spare Ultra Magnus trailer for my homemade Powered Convoy custom. But I've hit a snag during the dismantling process. Two of the screws in one of his elbow joints are badly rusted and completely refuse to turn. I've scrubbed a bunch of a rust off the top of them with Coke, but I can't seem to get any more of it off and they still won't budge. Does anyone have any advice on loosening them up?

They also have other sizes and styles if that one won't work.

Sorry for the late reply and hopefully you have already fixed the issue, but just in case I thought I would mention this.
One time I had an issue with some rusty screws and I used peroxide, and it took the rust right off. Grated I didn't have to remove them but it might work. Peroxide is at least cheap enough to try out.
