It's not from Prime. it' from the new "Transformers: Universe" MMORPG game. The game is supposed to be in the same modern continuity as Prime, WFC, Exodus, Exiles, etc., so while it is a character from that continuity, it isn't one that hails specifically from Prime.

I seem to recall the postings about that game stated the standees were Prowl and Barricade. If I read that right this one would be Barricade as the other one sported police markings and sirens. It could just as easily be the otherway around.

Barricade was the other purple one, not this blue one.

Remember how Movie Barricade was a police car? It'd make sense for Barricade to be the one who sported "police markings and sirens".

That's what I was thinking. I was giving the benefit of the doubt that the police cruiser would have been Prowl w/ a new color deco. The blue one, as I said, could just as well be Prowl w/ the new color deco too.

Prowl is the one that looks distinctively like Prowl.

There were three robot cardboard cutouts at the booth. Prowl (who looks his G1 self in an Earthen WFC style), Barricade (the purple Con), and this blue guy who we don't about (the one depicted in the first post of the thread).

Perhaps if we're lucky, he'll appear in Prime as well?

Perhaps. Hasbro's hoping that they can eventually let characters from each slip into each other's events at some point down the line.
