Disney might be the #1 name in animation, but even they've made some stinkers in the past.

What are the biggest stains on the Disney Canon?

(It should be noted that a movie that's bad by Disney standards is still better than the majority of movies out there).

Some of the cartoons/live action crap that was on the disney channel... hoo boy :SICK:

craptacular is the only word I have for you. High School musical being the only one I remember for being particularly awful.

Aside everything past Lion King, save Hercules, there have been a few bad ones. This does not include Pixar's films.

Black Cauldron comes to mind. It originally had a run time of 8 hours but got cut down to 3, per Eisners orders. It was so bad there has been no Blu Ray release and I do not believe it was made available on VHS. It did come out on DVD. Had Disney's following film not been a critical success (Little Mermaid), likely animation in America would be dead, so not even the Simpsons would have seen the light of day.

Actually, Great Mouse Detective was the movie after Black Cauldron. Little Mermaid didn't come out until 1989.

any feature-length sequel to an animated feature-length animated movie

I'm sorry but I'm avoiding those like the plague. Not only are they just to milk the characters for what they're worth, they take away from the magic of the originals.

That one was pretty good, but I was talking more about the fairy tale based ones, especially with the princesses.

I never saw the movie so I had to google it. Turns out Rolfe was Pocahontas' wife in real life.

I liked both The Return of Jafar and The Lion King II: Simba's Pride. But otherwise, I agree.

Disney Movies that were BAD IMO:

The Lion King 2
Planes
101 Dalmations 2
Lady and the Tramp 2
The Fox and the Hound 2
The Brave Little Toaster Goes to Mars
Basically any sequel except The Lion King 1 1/2, Brother Bear 2, and Lilo and Stitch 2 (Stitch the movie not so good and I like Leroy but not his movie)
That new Oz movie
The fact they didn't finish the Narnia series
Toy Story 4 (why is this a thing?! Im against it and it's not even out yet)
