hi, i just wanted to know if anyone could make my oc Warzone?

he is a decepticon leader class

has a shotgun on one arm and a sword on the other
he has a minicon called Diver who is a minisub(the ones with the mechanical arms)

the bulb(front) are his hands and arms and the back is his legs and feet

his head is the deck tower were the periscope and all that tech mumbo jumbo is

if you can do this i would be very happy, and willing to buy it as well
