Continuing the posting of old and previously unfinished customs, here is a really old TFTM Wheeljack custom. The cool thing is that this is a custom that was started by FrenzyRumble that he just gave me years ago. Most of it was already painted but was missing a head and weapons. When I gave the TFTM Longarm and new head for that custom, I put the Longarm head on this figure and it looked great. Obviously, this is not what Wheeljack/Q did not wind up looking like in DOTM but this was started after the first movie and I finally finished it by giving it a new head and then I gave the metallic robot parts a flat black base coat and dry brushed testors aluminum and added some copper highlights and gave him two blasters. Also touched up a little bit of the car mode. So I am very happy to have this FR/Solrac hybrid custom with his colors and my metallic dry brushing combo.

That is simply genius. That head works so well on BB's body... Wheeljack has been a favorite character of mine since G1... and this is MUCH better than the Bay version... :APPLAUSE:

This is so insanely cool it's almost beyond words! I'm soooo wishing this had been the 'Jack we had gotten for the movie. He's always been one of my favorites as he was the first Autobot figure I got as a kid so very many years ago.
Excellent choice for the head and the additional paint work you did with the dry-brushing really makes the detail on the limbs stand out. Wonderful job!
