I know I know it sounds like a bad fic title but, just follow me for the moment. We all know Tarantulas became a minion of Unicron but, that doesn't me he was actually decendent of said chaos bringer. My theory is that our favorite backstabbing spider was actually decended of the Insecticons! Remember The insecticons wheren't on the Arc when it crashed in either the Marvel or cartoon continuties. As such the insecticons and desendents wouldn't have been effected by the time storm.

Then again I could be completely crazy but, keep in mind the council all transform in invertibrate creatures. As I said I could be wrong.

I always thought the Tripredacus Council and Tarantulas were descended from the Cybertonian Empire.

The timestorm would still affect the insecticons and their descendants as well since they were still part of the Great War of which the Beast Wars universe stems from. The timestorm would have caused massive changes Decepticons most likely would have won, Earth conquered, no need for downsizing into Predacons since they can just take whatever energy they want resulting in no Tarantulus.

Oh and Blackarachia was also a Spider
Plus she was originally a Maximal
I don't think that would make her related to the insecticons

I'm sorry but you stole this idea from me. Tarantulus is Bombshell. They even almost sound alike and I think Bombshell or one of his clones was transformed into Cyclonus or Scourge or one of the Sweeps.

Sorry but your logic is flawed.

Its irrelevant;event that the Insecticons werent on the Ark, they still would have been effected by the time storm.

The time storm would have changed all of G1 history, at least on earth, and that would have effected the Insecticons.

Shockwave (since there was nobody else on Cybertron)
The Quintesons

Comics:
Any of the Cybertron Decepticons prior to Straxus' first contact with Earth
G2 Decepticons
Quintesons
