But maybe out of curiosity I would try one, just to see how the new Starburst taste like, not for the curiosity of flat sodas mixture flavors.

I picked up a bag of the Baja-flavored Starbursts today that contains Optimus Lime. It's not bad at all, but doesn't compare to dragonfruit (the blue one)!

There are no references to TFs, yet alone the movie, on the packaging, so I would answer yes to your second question.
