Welcome to the General Discussion area where just about anything goes! This area is designed to discuss all matters and does not necessarily have to be Transformers related. Please keep topics relevant.

You've never seen an action film before. Shoot 'Em Up, the Bourne Trilogy, Die Hard, anything by Michael Bay. These are movies that aren't helped by 3D.

JetOptimus23 wrote:Ever heard of two little movies called The Day After Tomorrow and 10,000 BC?

Yeah. I actually really liked Day After Tomorrow. I haven't seen 10,000BC, though.

JetOptimus23 wrote:And yes, i have considered all Transformers fitions... and Roly's movies are more nonsenseical that any of them.

You can't seriously think TF is less nonsensical then Stargate, or ID4, or The Patriot, or Day After Tomorrow. Or you don't know what nonsensical means.

I agree. Some movies just aren't in need of 3-D, they're too awesome on their own.

As for being nonsensical, I'd say we could throw both TF movies and all of Emmerich's offerings into the same category, to be fair.

They're all nonsensical, over the top, and downright silly in spots, and that's why we have a good time with them.

In case you're wondering, TDAT and 10,000 BC are the most scientifically and historically inaccurate movies of all time. Go and see 10,000 BC HeroCasey and you'll see what i'm talking about.

Hint: Mammoths build the egeptian pyramids.

So what? Every movie ever made is inaccurate in one way or another. Realism only gets in the way of a good time.

It is entertainment..

Jeez.

If so many people are going to complain about it, just don't go and see it. Simple as that.
Not a sheeple.
Think for yourself, don't let the magic TV box and social media do the thinking for you.
Question EVERYTHING!!
Just because you have a youtube review channel doesn't make you special.
I look forward to attending a Botcon soon only to settle matters with several idiots in person (yes this is a threat).

That can be aimed at almost every single person screaming "that offended me!" as well.

Have truer words ever been stated. The sooner you can accept that statement as fact, the soon the world makes sense.
