It would be super simple to create a more articulated version of him instead of haveing his head rotate like on the old version, have him have two head masters that become the different heads like on sideways but keep him a car. When the other head isn't attached to the body just have it become a gun that way you have two different gimicks in one figure.

I've actually been giving this some thought, because I really want to kitbash me a Punch/CounterPunch but I haven't decided on how I want him yet. I like your idea though. I hope I get to see him again someday. I really liked his figure back in the day...one of my faves!

(and doesn't it suck that Armada Sideswipe has the alt mode closest to the one you'd need?)

Hey I have always love punch/counterpunch he was one of favorite transformers form back in the day. Yeah it does kind of suck that armada sidways is the closest we will get for now. But who knows with the new classics 2.0/universe line we may just get a proper redo of him. As already said I love the idea of double headmaster/targetmaster idea for him because then you have no kibble ever part is used no wasted parts, because when he is in car mode they can be driver and passager just like with the old headmaster vehicles
