I am trying to get a Unicron, and along with him i want to get a pack of minicons, for those with experience in this, can u guys reccomend one of that packs or teams??

get the minicons that form the 3 powerfull weapons

What kind of mincon do you want. Do you want mincons that turn into weapons, do you want mincons that turn into cars? planes? that can combine to form other weapons?

I particularly like the Emergency Team, and its redeco.

Prowl, Firebot and Makeshift.

Prowl turns into a gun and a police car.
Firebot turns into a missile pod and a Fire truck.
Makeshift turn into a gattling gun and a Helicopter.

All these can be held by a larger figure in their weapon mode.

Air Defense Team = Star Saber
Air Assault Team = Dark Saber
Race Team = Skyboom Shield
Space Team = Requiuem Blaster

Since they have some of the craziest articulation ever, I have to give props to the Street Speed Team. Also might want to check out the Emergency Team or the Air Military Team as they can become weapons for your Bulks(Autobots and Decepticons). Sea Team and the Land Military team are pretty kick-ass. Destruction team and the Road Wrecker team are pretty sweet too.

But my vote goes to the Emergency team by far. Since Prowl can become a gun, nothing really beats that

thanks for all ur opinions, and to answer ur questions it didnt really matter if they turned into weapons or anything, just wanted some to attach to unicron, so wanted to know which look the best.

if they're just to stick on Unicron I'd suggest ones that have spaceships/planes/etc as alt modes, or maybe ones that look like larger TFs, so you can pretend they're fighting him and going to get squashed.

I was going to say the emergency team as well. Otherwise, my favorite Mini-con ever is Jolt. The helicopter guy that came with either version of Armada Hot Shot. I love him and I don't have any idea why. The Cybertron Recon team redecos are great too. Reverb is a fantastic little guy.

also, am i wrong, or does unicron have compartments below his knee to store minicons inside of him??

I guess then to stay in the planet/space them, the Space team would work nicely.

Astroscope is a satellite,
Sky Blast is a rocket
and Paylolad, is well. err a truck. but the other 2 work.

They also combine to form the Requiem Blaster. Looks real nice when held by a Prime that can do so.

yeps. the shin pieces below his nee open up and can store minicon. as can his forearms and even stomach. the guy has loads of places to stick them

and I would go with the star saber team as my first choice. the figures are cool individually and the sword looks great on any fig :grin:

The Energon Saber remolds are cool, and their repaints into Thrust, Sunstorm, and Ramjet are really awesome and look incredible with Unicron.

Well the Emergency Team is possibly my favourite of all the minicons, with some of the Classics versions not far behind, the Clear Skies Team and the Dirt Digger Teams quite worth a purchase.

Dirt Digger would look rather silly on Unicron though!

Yeah, but Nightscream would look the $#!^ on Unicron!! :shock:
