Devastator reporting..WTH? Brawl?

I'm sur ethis has been discussed before but I was wondering why thye call the tank devestator in the movie, yet teh figure is Brawl?

nope. Its been reported many times by the writers that it was a production error they didn't get caught until it was too late.
