I do rather dig the self-described 'Metal Slug' inspired tank mode - I feel like something that exaggerated would fit an Animated character perhaps a bit better, but still all around solid.

Still... eh, I'm not really all that big on Turmoil as a character, and frankly I'm kinda surprised there was enough of an interest in him to warrant this.

Still, nice effort.

For an Impactor redeco/remold, they did a great job of making him unique-looking.

I was very tempted to order this fella with the two djd yesterday but I didn't know enough about the character , so I googled him and he comes off a right nasty bastard .

I still couldn't decide after but I like him ...

Looking at the comic images I would have went with a dark smokey grey? but I dont have any connection with him so this will do me .

I really like the colour of the treads I hope they keep it on the final figure .

Wow, this guy looks neat as hell. I'm not particularly interested in the mold as Impactor, but this...I might have to get him, money and space providing. It's always nice to have some more Decepticon commanders after all.

I have this guy on preorder; he looks really good, and will look great with eHobby Deadlock.

However, there's something slightly off. In the comics, at least his most recent appearance, Turmoil is blackish-brown, not matte black (to my eye, anyway):

I really think they should have reversed the color of the body and treads:

But anyways... he still looks good, and the remold looks really well done.

It might be the lighting but to me it looks like there might be some change in the colour of the plastic .. or maybe not :-?

This was an instant buy for me as for Spartan those colours were far to light for me , i dont need him to be comic accurate but i think the mold would pop big time with darker colours

I bet a comic variant will be later down the line some time .

Dunno if anyone's seen this yet:

Gotta say I'm liking him a lot. The monochromatic...ness doesn't bother me so much- if I get bored of it I'll pick out the rivets in silver and maybe give him a little bit of weathering. The dozer blades popping off does worry me somewhat but if necessary they can be glued on. The tank mode is awesome, much better than Impactor (IMO) and that robot mode is GORGEOUS. My only functional complaint is I wish the hand didn't have to be removed for the "arm cannon" configuration, but to be quite honest I don't really care- it's not like you need to put the hand back on for vehicle mode, and it looks so much better than him just holding it that I'd happily just put the hand back in the box and forget it exists.

So yeah. I want this toy a lot. Sadly I'm going to have to restrain myself as I need to offload a bunch of TFs first, but once I have space and money he's DEFINITELY going to be a priority. Only question is, who should form his squad? I don't read IDW so I don't know anything about him beyond he was Drift/Deadlock's commanding officer alongside a bunch of other Decepticon elites, and I don't know if any of them had names.
