It's been many years since I last did a thread like this, and there have been a lot of changes since then, so I thought I'd start a fresh one. This is still a work in progress so there are a lot of gaps, but let me know what you think of the set up!


The top shelf is for Titans, Commanders and larger Leaders. The space to the left of Grimlock is reserved for either Studio Series 1986 Ultra Magnus or Legacy Tigerhawk. I've also reserved a space behind Optimus for an Autobot Titan, I've thought about getting Legacy Metroplex, but I kind of want to wait until we know what the 2024 Titan will be, in case it's something like a new Fort Max.

The space to the right of Devastator is reserved for Legacy Nemesis once I can get my hands on one, and I plan to get two larger Decepticons to go either side of Megatron. If that toy-colours Mensaor box set doesn't sell out on Hasbro Pulse before my next pay day, I may get that.


For my G1 Autobots, I was going to keep it limited to the Ark crew from the Netflix series, so I'm going to add Studio Series 1986 Ratchet and (if it ever comes out) Buzzworthy Bumblebee Studio Series 1986 Hound to the shelf with Mirage and Sideswipe. If we get another G1 Prowl at some point I'll add that to the space in between Optimus and Ironhide.

For this shelf, I'm going to add Studio Series 1986 Springer to the space behind Blurr. I also want to add one more Voyager or Leader Autobot to this shelf, but I don't know which one to go for yet. I used to have Kingdom Rodimus Prime here, but I don't really like that figure much so I'll most likely sell it.

I've pre-ordered the Takara Beast Wars Again Tigatron and Blackarachnia twin-pack, and I'll add the Tigatron from that set to this shelf. I may also pre-order the Dinobot and Tarantulas set, along with Legacy Silverbolt. I'm also hoping we get a new Depth Charge at some point, but we'll see.

I plan on adding Legacy Vector Prime and Side Burn to this shelf, and swap out Hot Shot for the Powerlinx version. Legacy Animated Optimus and Bumblebee may also go here, but I'll have to see what they actually look like before I commit to buying either of them. I feel as if I should also make space in case Robots in Disguise 2001 Prowl and X-Brawn happen in the future.

I've pre-ordered Studio Series Rise of the Beasts Mirage, which will go in the space to the left of Optimus and Bumblebee, but other than that, I don't know what more to add to this. Evan from Hasbro's Transformers brand team recently said in a Q&A that he would like to do a Voyager version of Bayverse Ratchet one day, so I feel as if I should leave some room on this shelf in case that ever happens.

The idea I have for this shelf is for Megatron to go in the middle and Soundwave to go where Dirge is currently standing. This is assuming the leaked Legacy Soundwave is a G1 version of course. And seeing as it seems to be the general consensus that the leaked Studio Series "MV6" Megatron is that Bumblebee movie design, I may just keep that space open until we get another G1 Megatron. I'm holding on to Dirge just in case we ever get re-releases of Thrust and Ramjet, but if that doesn't happen I may just sell him.

At the very least, I'm adding Legacy Bombshell in the space in front of Skyquake, but depending on what the third year of Legacy does with Decepticons, I may re-arrange this. JtPrime17 has hinted at an Amazon capsule line themed around the Mayhem Attack Squad, so if we get that and there's some decent stuff in there, I'll see what I can do. I'm currently leaving a shelf empty for the Star Seekers, but I could still change those plans.



I'm fairly satisfied with these three shelves, but for the one with Armada Megatron and Starscream I may try to re-arrange it to make room in case we get something like Demolishor or Cyclonus in the future. Knock Out and/or Shadow Striker could go on the same shelf as Shockwave and the Insecticons, but we'll see. I may also try to make space on the Predacon shelf in case a new Rampage happens.
