Mystery Transformer on E-Bay

Weapon: Double-Barreled Assault Missile Launcher

I was browsing through E-Bay and I came across a couple of these:

Despite what the seller claims, this is not G1 Bumblebee. Any idea as to what it actually is?

I was pretty sure it was a KO of something judging by his other auctions, I just wasn't sure which KO it was.
