unless you are in a country where the legal drinking age is 21, get yourself down to a pub and partake in some activities.
E.g. toilet hugging, darts, pool, pub quiz and my favourite, pub crawl :grin:

Any new rights are gained when you hit 21.

You are ancient. I'm assuming of course you're referring to the end of Back to the Future I, and not number II. Though if you're talking about Back to the Future II, you're still ancient.
