the voyager megatron was purchased by a guy from austin it is on ebay does this mean it was officially released?

Its been available dude. Where you been? TRU has it online right now.

Besides, Megatron sucks, his alt mode sucks and he looks like someone took broken shreds of plastic, laid em out and rolled a glue ball through it.

The link you provided is for the Leader Class Megatron and it's on the Hasbro toy shop website.

I've checked the TRU website as well. There's no Voyager Megatron listed only the Legend class.
