Skywarp devoted to his leader,Megatron doens't surpass his undying love and teasing and bully of Rumble and Frenzy. Whenever he has a chance to bully them,he does. Is he in love with them or does he like bully them or only those who are smaller and weaker than he is or what?

Rumble and Frenzy? Smaller, yes. I don't know about weaker, though. Those piledriver arms of theirs...

I dont think that Skywarp would be too worried about their pile-driving arms.

If they want to start pummelling the ground, he can just transform and fly off.

Id say that Skywarp, like any bully picked on those who he was bigger, (and possibly faster) than, and also had the backup of his fellow seekers if any trouble did breakout.

Remember when Rumble got in a fight with Thundercracker? He held his own pretty well. I think he called him a "nazi turkey" or something!

Dude could teleport too, so yeah, he can be cocky with the little guys, who are also quite cocky themselves, and not worry about them lashing out at him. :-?

Skywarp tended to explode in fits of anger, in addition to backhanding Frenzy and starting a fight with him he also got into a fist fight with Starscream on an elevator once. He's just got anger issues, he's not a bully. He'll fight anyone that pisses him off at any given second or whoever's around via proxy.

There are so many different sources, it's tough to define his (or pretty much anyone else's) definitive personality. It's really a matter of picking and choosing the bits you like best; but that's how I see him.

For me, he doesn't have anger issues, and he's not a bully, nor does he focus his 'talents' on those weaker than himself. He's a joker, and his jokes hurt. And almost everyone's fair game. The target of any specific prank is gonna be pissed at him at the time, but everyone else finds it funny... 'course when he then catches someone else, the original victim can forget about it and laugh at them instead, so not many are going to hold a grudge for long.
