Blaster. Cuz' he's in wiv da 'hood.

Jazz is either too busy watching TV or being too cool to bother turning up.

Soundwave would've entered, but he was too busy recording his own voice in his Alt-mode and playing himself back thinking "do I REALLY sound like that?"

G1 Tech Specs: Blaster has Skill 9, Jazz has Skill 10 and Soundwave has Skill 10. It's a hard call to make. Perhaps we should consider other factors such as amount of kibble and desire to win?
