Just finished off my collection with Encore Soundwave.

I don't have him, but I have yet to hear a bad thing about 09 BB (except for something on the shoulder that can be loose on some of them, though I forget details, and people were saying despite this, still get him). So I would go for him. I would get him myself, but my money is needed on driving lessons and uni stuff.
